About

Mina Radhakrishnan is the founder and director of minarad technologies pty ltd.

Mina’s experience spans companies big and small across different industries and at different stages of growth. Previously, she was the co-CEO and co-founder of :Different, one of Australia’s fastest growing proptech startups. She was an inaugural board member of the Tech Council of Australia, serving a 3 year term. She has been a board advisor at AirTasker and has been actively involved with mentoring and advising teams on product questions big and small. She was also a Product Management advisor at Cowboy Ventures, multiple startups, and a mentor at 500 Startups. And prior to starting :Different, she was an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Redpoint Ventures, which she joined after leaving Uber.

At Uber, Mina was the 20th employee and the first global Head of Product, having started there back in the days when the UI was still a big green button. There, she led diverse initiatives such as car types, international expansion and surge pricing, but would still rank Mariachi On Demand as one of her favorite launches. She was responsible for scaling the team from one product person and two cities out to a twenty person team, hundreds of cities and millions of customers.

Mina was also one of the first PMs at ModCloth, building out core eCommerce foundations, and innovative review and measurement systems to help customers better shop for fashion online.

She originally moved to the Bay Area to join the Google APM program, and learned to build products at scale in the Engineering Productivity, Digital Advertising and the Desktop/Toolbar teams. She’s a former New Yorker and in a different life, worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mina graduated with a degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from Cornell University (where yes, she was on the College Bowl team).
